Please book an appointment in advance via Doctolib where possible; for acute concerns, the open consultation hours listed on the contact page apply; capacity may be limited, a brief phone call beforehand is recommended.
Whether you need to fast before your appointment depends entirely on the type of procedure and the anaesthesia chosen. Please rely exclusively on the personal information from your pre-op consultation. Any regular medication should only be adjusted or paused in explicit consultation with your treatment team.
For the diagnostics and treatment we provide, we receive a flat-rate reimbursement from your health insurer. Please always bring your current insurance card! In all other cases, we will inform you of any possible costs in advance, particularly for preventive check-ups, occupational examinations, or expert reports.
Established patients can request quarterly or repeat prescriptions by phone or email. Where the medical and technical requirements are met, we issue the prescription as an eRezept (electronic prescription). An in-person appointment may be required in individual cases.
